A SMALL CIRCLE OF RASIKAS WHO BELIEVE THEY CAN DO MORE

The MadRasana Artist Circle connects rasikas who would like to support artists more meaningfully with the artists they admire.

We are currently seeking expressions of interest for a pilot during the December Music Season.

How it works

Each Artist Circle will be kept small, with approximately 10 to 20 rasikas.

We are considering two participation options:

CONCERT CIRCLE PASS – ₹20000

For rasikas who expect to be in Chennai during the December Music Season. The concerts, sabhas and number of passes have not yet been finalised.

  • ₹10,000 goes directly to the artist
  • The balance will be used for passes to selected concerts featuring the artist, applicable taxes and related expenses

PATRON CIRCLE PASS – ₹12000

For rasikas who would like to support the artist and be part of the Circle but may not be in Chennai during the Season.

  • ₹10,000 goes directly to the artist
  • ₹2,000 is allocated towards applicable taxes
  • Concert passes are not included

Subject to the artist’s availability, we may also arrange a small, informal interaction with Circle members.

Progress So far

We softly launched the idea in July and were encouraged by the response. The top four artists were shortlisted from the nominations received, and we have already reached 50% of our initial participation target.

We are beginning with these four Circles as a pilot and hope to include more artists once they are successfully taken forward.

At this stage, there is no payment or commitment required. We are only seeking expressions of interest. The final structure, concert access and payment details will be shared before participation is confirmed.

MadRasana is simply creating a bridge between rasikas and artists, with the initiative being conducted transparently and with the artists’ knowledge.
